We certify that our machines produce quality safe drinking water to your premises. All our products are designed to exceed Australian Standard requirements for static tank or surface water supplies.
We welcome any dependent bacteriological test and if your supply should not meet the minimum standards in a properly maintained and operating system we offer conditional guarantee either by unit replacement or monetary refund upon return of the product.
Technical limitations to the transmittance of UV radiation include:

Iron <0.4mg/litre
Turbidity <1NTU
Tannins <0.1mg/litre
Manganese <0.05mg/litre
UVC Transference >80%
Please research the products carefully before placing an order. We generally do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrectly ordered goods or if you change your mind once you have received the goods. We take no responsibility for incorrect choice of product or for any hardware/software compatibility issues. The customer is ultimately responsible for researching the product specifications from the manufacturer and other resources and selecting the appropriate product to meet their requirements.

What personal information do we collect and store?
So that we can provide services to you, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Some examples of where we may need these details are pre-orders, home deliveries, competitions & promotions and when you opt-in to receiving marketing newsletters
